Full-Time/Post-Internship Opportunities

What does it mean for my future chances of interning or full-time employment with B-M if I don’t get accepted into the HBSI Program?
We receive a large number of great applications every year and regrettably can’t offer everyone a spot in our program. If you do not get accepted, we encourage you to apply to next year’s HBSI Program or for full time opportunities!
If I apply to the HBSI Program and am selected, does that guarantee a full-time job following the internship program?
We tend to view the internship program as a 10 week interview process. If you do an amazing job and really excel as an HBSI intern, we try to make it possible to bring you on full-time as a regular employee following the program. However, we cannot guarantee a position.
