"Jano is not only well-known but well-respected on the Hill, having served as deputy national spokesperson to Al Gore and the communications director at the Democratic National Committee," said Gottheimer. "We are confident he can further build on our core competencies in the areas of political communications and strategic consulting and lead our talented team with spirit and passion."

He also served as deputy national spokesman for former Vice President Al Gore from 1998 to 2002, working at the White House, on Gore's 2000 presidential campaign and political action committee, Leadership '02, during the 2002 midterms.
Cabrera has worked for domestic political clients America Votes and Catalist and on foreign accounts in Lebanon, Jordan and Yemen.
