Jim Goldman joined Burson-Marsteller as chair of the US Technology Practice in August, 2010 after serving as CNBC’s Silicon Valley Bureau Chief since 2003. There, he was responsible for coordinating all Silicon Valley and Northern California business and technology news for the network, both as an on-air reporter and producer. One of the network’s most prolific reporters, Jim appeared on virtually all CNBC programming more than 40 times every week. His CNBC blog “Tech Check with Jim Goldman” was one of the website’s most popular destinations, generating nearly a million page views every month. He was also a frequent contributor to "NBC Nightly News," “The Today Show,” MSNBC and NBC network affiliates nationwide. |
