Anders Bylund heads up Burson-Marsteller's Swedish operation, mainly working as strategic adviser in the field of corporate communications, crisis communications, change management, internal communications, media relations and issue management.
Anders was an award-winning Director of Communications at McDonald's Sweden 1992 to 2001, when the company grew from 50 to over 230 restaurants. Communications was a key tool to drive change internally and to successfully change the public perception of the company.
He served on McDonald's European Communications Board working on issues management and crises communications of food related and other European issues. Anders was also a member of McDonald's Global Communications Council. The mission of the council was to coordinate global communications strategies and efforts.
Before joining McDonald's, Anders was head of communications for the Folkpartiet political party.
