- What if I cannot obtain an electronic version of my transcript? If you’re unable to obtain an electronic transcript, please mail a hard-copy to your first choice location, listed below:

- What if I am interested in multiple locations? While applying, you will have the option to indicate additional location preferences from a drop down menu. In this box, please indicate your 2nd and 3rd location preference. In addition, please indentify your 2nd and 3rd location preference in your cover letter.
- Is it okay that my cover letter is not formatted when I submit online? This is completely normal; our application submission system requires you to copy and paste your cover letter into a message box, which will remove most of the formatting. It is not necessary for your cover letter to be formatted when submitting online.
- Who should I contact if I have technical issues with the online process? Please contact our BM Internship Coordinators at bminternships@bm.com as soon as possible.
- How lenient are you in regards to the application deadline date? Everything must be submitted by Friday, February 17th at 11:59pm PST. We do not accept late applications.
