The Senior Associate level gives you the opportunity to develop all the fundamental aspects of team and client account management. Not only do you provide tactical support for multiple client accounts, but you participate in strategic recommendations, creative thinking, financial planning and talent management. You have the chance to offer non-traditional, digitally savvy "out of the box" ideas to address your clients' opportunities. You not only deliver on tasks directed by others, but can identify your own new business prospects, lead brainstorms and draft proposals that demonstrate your understanding of issues and the best ways to address them. This is truly the first step on your path to management.
