Manager

As you consider the role of Manager at Burson-Marsteller, imagine yourself playing a key role in the leadership of dynamic Public Relations teams that provide services to an exciting portfolio of clients.  Managers can be considered the "glue" that holds a practice or client team together and are expected to be proactive and self-sufficient. They usually have more than five years of PR experience that can be quite varied but ideally includes familiarity with agency life. They have proven track records of leading successful campaigns targeted to a range of stakeholders and demonstrated enthusiasm for business intelligence and new business development. Understanding online social networking outlets (such as user-generated media), web services and business intelligence is critical to supporting the needs of the client. And they lead by example – attracting talent, serving as a mentor and being  someone on whose team our best and brightest hope to work.

All position descriptions are general in nature, and will vary by location and practice. Burson-Marsteller is an Equal Opportunity Employer, EEO, AAE, MFDV.
